Tony's Tale
The thing that matters to me when I work with clients is that we share similar values. Having worked in the public sector for most of my working life I have come to respect the values of others and establish my own. These values underpin everything we do at e-mpirical:
- Development - every assignment is a learning opportunity for me and the people I work with. Developing the skills and knowledge of clients is why we do what we do.
- Respect - both personal and organisational values and experience. We are there to support our clients not dictate to them
- Diversity - recognising the hugely diverse nature of our clients business and their customers' needs
- Creativity - encouraging people to think outside the box , and giving permission to fail
- Openness - being clear with our clients when things change
