Tony managed the design and implementation of a new website for Reading Borough Council. He quickly got to grips with the task and formed excellent working relationships at all levels in the organisation. He provided clear, firm management of internal resources and external suppliers. Tony and the e-mpirical team have worked with Reading Borough Council for over 10 years on a range of projects including service transformation  Tony and his team work with the council to ensure there is mutual clarity about business requirements and the outcomes required from the projects they are involved in, in so doing they have developed a track record of completing projects successfully. 
During my time as COO ICL Poland Operations, Tony and I worked on a project which addressed the prevention of social exclusion of unemployed coalminers in the Zabrze region of Poland. The  programme demonstrated the use of IT as a tool for retraining and giving the miners the skills to become independent, or to find jobs in other sectors of industry. . I have a high regard for Tony and it was a pleasure to work with him.

e-mpirical exceeded all our expectations in meeting the brief. and provided a knowledgeable team able to challenge and extend the commissioners' perspectives as the work progressed. They were extremely flexible and responsive, in not only meeting tight review and publication deadlines, but also in dealing with multiple stakeholders. I am sure in future years, the publication of the report wil be seen as a significant milestone in the delivery of a national e-learing strategy for the health and care services
