12 Jun 2010: Enhanced Bus lane ticket processing
A new system, developed by Zenco Systems has been implemented at Reading Borough Council to improve the processes for issuing tickets for Bus Lane contraventions. The implementation, managed by e-mpirical, required management of a number of suppliers, allows parking officers to process ticketing details directly from footage taken via CCTV.
