empirical has started a 3 month assignment with NHS West Midlands, the strategic health authority for the region, to identify the potential for the use of e-learning within the region. With the roll out of the National Learning Management System imminent, the newly formed e-learning strategy group has engaged empirical to carry out a scoping exercise of e-learning avtivity and requirements of NHS organisations across the West Midlands. The outcomes of the study, due in early April, will form the development of a regional e-learning strategy.
