empirical has successfully equipped 2 adult learning centres in Camberley and Moseley with new technology to support the delivery of adult and community learning in Surrey. empirical were selected by Surrey County Council because of our track record and experience of installing and supporting community based ICT equpiment in centres within the Berkshire Neighbourhood Learning Partnership. Malcolm Napier, Director, empirical, said "This is a really exciting project for us. It allows us to build on the good practice that we have established within Berkshire. It allows us to engage with a great new partner in Surrey County Council and it takes us into the relatively new territory of implementing Windows Vista systems within Adult and Community Lerning settings."
