01 May 2003: The Berkshire Learning and Skills Council have chosen e-mpirical to develop its funding and policy framework for UK online centres.
This intensive study will document for the first time all 54 UK online centres and identify other providers of training and support in Berkshire. The formulation of a policy to distribute funds, including the recently announced Neighbourhood Learning Deprived Communities, (NLDC), is the main objective of this three month study.
