01 Jun 2003: June saw e-mpirical commence the procurement of a content managed web portal for Reading Borough Council.
This project, which will result in a major enhancement of Reading's e-gov capability has attracted interest from over 100 suppliers. e-mpirical will be managing the procurement process for Reading Borough Council which will result in contracts being awarded in September.
