01 Jul 2003: e-mpirical produce policy framework for The Berkshire Learning and Skills Council
The Berkshire Learning and Skills Council, has now published the consultation document for Neighbourhood Learning Centres. This policy framework was produced by e-mpirical after an extensive 3 month consultation process with key stakeholders including Lifelong Learning Partnerships, Local Education Authorities, learndirect and UK online centres.
