01 Feb 2004: e-mpirical engaged with Reading Borough Council to manage the implementation of their content management and e-forms system.
Having assisted in the procurement of Web-Labs Ltd software, e-mpirical produced a marketing and communication strategy to ensure that all relevant staff at the council were able to engage with the process of moving the web site to an interactive, content managed basis.
Over 60 staff attended awareness raising and training sessions for the new system.
