01 Feb 2005: February sees the launch of a Reading Borough Council's e-democracy project.
This is part of the e-government National Projects programme to allow local councils to benefit from each others experiences.
The project brings together e-mpirical's expertise in community engagement, with Web-Labs Ltd software to create a consultative web site for the Reading 2020 partnership.
