By quoting the opening paragraph of the recently published e-mpirical report 'Modernising healthcare training: e-learning in healthcare services'. Just as in service delivery, this transformation is also expected within the context of the delivery of training and education. There is now considerable interest in how new learning technologies can be of benefit to the healthcare service."
