01 Sep 2006: e-mpirical have managed the specification and procurement of the Multivue Identification Server from VisionWare Ltd.
The council intends to utilise this technology to build its future services around a citizen centric model. The implementation of the service will require full stakeholder involvement and e-mpirical will be managing the programme of change that such a technology will precipitate. Service managers at all levels will be engaged in a comprehensive programme which starts in December 2006
