01 Oct 2007: e-mpirical are now working with Reading Borough Council to develop the next level of self service.
e-mpirical have been chosen by Reading Borough Council to evaluate various options for the council to bring effective self service to the council’s web site. A three month evaluation of the various options available to the council examine the technical requirements and capabilities alongside the accessibility and usability issues that are so important to many citizens. The study will identify the technical roadmap for integrating the existing CRM system into the web site thereby broadening the channel for self service.
