Following on from the action plan for the Berkshire Community Learning Network (BCLN) www.bcln.org.uk the project enters a delivery phase. 13 separate projects are up and running in Berkshire to demonstrate various models of learning in community locations. Linda Jones, e-mpirical’s Director of Transformation Programmes maintains a strategic responsibility for all of these projects to deliver their results by 30th June 2008. Working in partnership with the 6 Unitary Authorities and over 50 local learning providers has seen many old relationships renewed and new ones created.
