Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council have engaged e-mpirical to work with them to develop an effective ICT strategy aligned to the challenges faced by modern local government. The council want to explore options for their in house ICT team and have engaged e-mpirical to work with leading officers to complete an initial review within six weeks.
