e-mpirical were engaged by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to work with ICT to identify and carry out a top level evaluation of a range of options that could form the basis of their ICT strategy.  The options were aligned to the Councils corporate objectives and 5 year plan and aimed at achieving the current expectation to deliver better value and underpin front line service delivery.

This work was completed to a challenging timescale in line with the Council’s planning process.

Having had the initial options appraisal accepted empirical is working with officers and councillors to prioritise the options into a 3 year programme and preparing the ICT team to build the capacity and skills to deliver the strategy.
