e-mpirical has started a month long consultation with key stakeholders within the health service sector. Skills for Health, the Sector Skills Council, has commissioned e-mpirical to consult with a range of organisations and individuals and develop business case justifications for further development of e-learning. Building on the work carried out in April 2006, e-mpirical will be examining the role that e-learning can have in underpinning the competency frameworks that are a major part of the health sector pay and reward strategy. The work will be completed by mid June with a report to the Skills for Health Board in late June.
